Suggestions, complaints, grievances and acknowledgements

On general matters

Any user of the Faculty of law can present a suggestion, claim, complaint or thanks, by completing the appropriate web form, which will be forwarded to the management team of the Center.

Once received, decided whether it supports to process.

 If it is not supported to process, communicates in writing to the person concerned the reason for the rejection.

 If it supports to process, is sent to a person or unit competent, so you start the procedure of analysis, assessment and response, whose result will be communicated to the person concerned.

On the teaching of subjects

If you have any complaint, claim or suggestion related to the teaching of any subject in the Center, you must guide it to Professor of the subject. If you do not conform to the resolution order for reclaciones is as follows:

1 °) area of knowledge

2 °) direction of the Department.

3 º) Dean of titration

To be admitted to the proceedings, the claim must be accompanied by copy of the resolution of the previous instance.
